Mindbank is loking for qualified Customer Service Reps. for a long term contract.

****PLEASE NOTE: ALL CONSULTANTS MUST HAVE A SECURITY + CERTIFICATION PRIOR TO STARTING ON THIS PROJECT!***

You must be clearable up to a secret clearance.

The Customer Service Rep is assigned Remedy/SM7 tickets by the Queue manager.
They then schedule appointments to meet with the customer and provide desk side customer support.

The CSR works to resolve the user's PC, peripheral or connectivity issue using various trouble shooting skills and technical skill.
