What you will own:
  • Performs maintenance functions such as user creation and assignment of rights and permissions.
  • Should be familiar with Microsoft DHCP, DNS and Active Directory.
  • Knowledge of remote access.
  • Answers and responds to Help Desk calls.
  • Installs and configures county applications on computers as required.
  • Maintains compliance with software licensing and inventory.
  • Maintains compliance of operating systems Windows XP,7 and Server 2008.

What you will bring:
  • Ability to install and administer computer hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and operating system.
  • Be familiar with all hardware and software.
  • Provide orientation to new users of existing technology.
  • Provide individual training and support on request.
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware and software.
  • Install workstations, Laptops and peripheral devices
