Morris Group, Inc., a national distributor of machine tools soon to be based in Windsor, CT is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide support and diagnostics for computer information and office automation systems, including telephony throughout the Organization of 550+ users and 16+ sites.

Must have a thorough understanding of Windows based applications, a familiarity with relevant operating systems, the Microsoft Suite of products, back-up management, VPN, Wireless access, the Internet and networking in a multi-server environment. Microsoft Windows, Virtual Server and, Exchange server experience a plus.

Minimum of four years of experience in IT or Help Desk work and telephone support.

This position requires a strong ability to organize, prioritize and work independently. Must be an experienced and effective customer service provider. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Please send resume, cover letter and salary history to hr@morrisgroupinc.com .
