The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and Office platforms, PC hardware troubleshooting and repair, Active Directory, and a clear understanding of networking (Ethernet and Wireless).

Job Duties will include:
  • Install, configure, track and troubleshoot desktop/laptop software and hardware
  • Install and maintain desktop telephones
  • Install and configure network printers and copiers
  • Provide end user training and support
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Update and/or complete Help Desk tickets on a daily basis
  • Maintain hardware inventory
Qualifications:
  • Associates Degree in Computer Science and 2+ yrs relevant experience or equivalent education/work experience
  • Strong background in customer service
  • Established work history of troubleshooting both hardware and software issues
  • Must be able to provide clear, concise information through written and verbal communications
  • Able to work under stress and meet deadlines with little direct supervision
  • Able to travel and/or provide after hours support when needed
