Position Title: Service Desk Technician
Location: Bethesda
Work Status: US Citizen, Perm Resident required to support Federal Client
Position Status: Contract to Hire
Compensation: $30-40K

Position Description:
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support
  • Answering phone and taking calls
  • Creating trouble tickets
  • Responding to those trouble tickets.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of a Ticket System crucial
  • Ability to Control a PC using separate accounts: standard and administrator
  • Windows Applications, MS Office, Exchange
  • Active Directory
  • Pleasant and Professional Phone Voice and Attitude are crucial.
  • Windows XP, Office 2007, General Networking ability to troubleshoot IP issues.

Desired Skills:
  • A+ Certification is a plus
  • Security + Certification is a plus
