Position Title: Service Desk Technician
Work Status: US Citizen, Perm Resident required to support Federal Client
Position Status: Contract to Hire
- Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support
- Answering phone and taking calls
- Creating trouble tickets
- Responding to those trouble tickets.
- Knowledge of a Ticket System crucial
- Ability to Control a PC using separate accounts: standard and administrator
- Windows Applications, MS Office, Exchange
- Active Directory
- Pleasant and Professional Phone Voice and Attitude are crucial.
- Windows XP, Office 2007, General Networking ability to troubleshoot IP issues.
- A+ Certification is a plus
- Security + Certification is a plus
