Key Role/Position Description*Provide technical support for critical client system by answering telephone calls, email requests, and other activities assigned by team leads. Candidate must possess the ability to provide exceptional customer service skills and assist Tier II technicians with resolving user issues. Help Desk is open Monday - Friday, 7AM-7PM and candidates must be able to support rotating shifts in these operating hours.

Basic Qualifications*- TS Required (SCI Clearable)

  • 3 years' experience with Help Desk Operations, Network Administration, or Network Operations (i.e., resetting passwords, creating user accounts, managing group policies, tracking assets, shipping, etc.).
  • Experience with servers and application support to maintain an operational environment using key applications such as Citrix XenApp, Exchange, Active Directory and File and Print in a Microsoft Windows 2003/2008 operating systems environment on a mix of physical and virtual or VMWare servers.
  • Ability to work a Flexible shift in Operating Hours (Operating hours are M-F 7-7)
