Help Desk Manager
JOB SUMMARY: The Help Desk Associate will provide technical problem resolution to internal customers by evaluating technical problems and fixing the problem or forwarding complex problems to Sr. Level staff. They will also assist in other IT department operations as needed.

Some college to Associate’s Degree (Information Systems or similar) is preferred but not required
Proficient with computer use in Windows environment.
Windows XP (7), Microsoft Office (2003, 2007 &2010)
Works in a business office or clinic environment.
Hours of Work
Monday through Friday during normal business hours. May be required to attend special events some evenings and weekends, and work overtime as requested.
Requires minimal travel.
This position requires moderate physical activity and is office-based. May be required to occasionally lift items such as heavy equipment of up to 50 lbs. Other activities may include bending, standing/sitting for long periods of time and climbing ladders. Requires frequent computer use. A professional ergonomic assessment of the workstation is available as requested, and will be provided at least once annually.
Work with end-users via phone or e-mail to identify
or diagnose technical issues, and:
- Clearly communicate technical solutions to known
problems in a user-friendly, professional manner
- Gather complete details and forward technical
problems to Sr. Level staff if no known solution exists
Coordinate with end-users and IT staff to
facilitate timely repair of IT equipment & services
Assist IT staff in the configuration &
deployment of IT assets, including:
- Computers (PC & Mac)
- Printers / Scanners
