Performs troubleshooting, maintenance functions and provides end user support. Perform desktop system troubleshooting and minor network implementations. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution. Provides end users support for all LAN- based applications. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and IT procedures.
Ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers at all levels Effective time management and organizational skills College-level degree in related field or equivalent experience Strong troubleshooting skills in Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience performing system installations, technology migrations, hardware upgrades, and repairs Hands-on experience solving networking, desktop, and configuration issues certifications a plus Up to 10% travel
