Post by Jobing - HOME–BASED CUSTOMER CONTACT TELEPHONE REPRESENTATIVES$10.50 base + incentives / commissionsSynergy Solutions, a leading provider of customer contact solutions, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of blended inbound / outbound Customer Contact Telephone Representative for our new program. Calls will entail outbound sales, inbound upselling, order renewal, and customer service. Customer base is comprised of individuals who have an existing or past established business relationship with the client.Shifts will vary, and calling hours are currently scheduled for Monday through Friday, 7am – 4pm, and Saturday, 7am–1pm. Both full time and part time positions are available.
Selected candidates will be required to work every other Saturday. During daylight savings time, shifts will move one hour earlier.Training is paid at the full base rate of $10.50 per hour. Work is scheduled to begin in the call center for an estimated 45–90 days, at which point individuals will be transitioned to a home–based work environment. In order to be considered for a home–based position, candidates must meet all of the following criteria: Must be able to meet all minimum technology requirements for home work station including: o Working PC running Windows XP or newer operating system o Monitor minimum of 20” in size o Capability to run more than one monitor from the single PC o Intel Core Duo 2.0+GHz Processor o Minimum of 2 GB RAM o Minimum of 20 GB of free disk space o Third party firewall and sufficient virus and malware protection o Internet speed (cable or fiber, not dial–up) of at least 1 Mbit down and 128kbit up o PC must have ample bandwidth for usage while operating as a Synergy employeeMust be able to meet all minimum work environment requirements including but not limited to: o Ergonomic and safe workstation free of hazards and debris o Quiet workspace without interruption or noise.Must be able to pass a criminal background checkEssential Skills and Experience: • Strong communication skills including the demonstrated ability to speak, listen, and write effectively (i.e.
