The Home Coordinator, under the supervision of the RN Area Manager, will be responsible for purchases and monitoring of food and cleaning supplies for assigned ICF homes. Will conduct quality assurance home inspections to ensure compliance, and follow through with maintenance issues. Will conduct vehicle safety checks on all SRVS vans assigned to the home. Review documentation of DSPs at least weekly. In conjunction with QDDP, will train staff on community participation and conduct documentation reviews. Must be able to work flexible hours as needed.
High School diploma or equivalent. Three to five years experience in ICF/MRs preferred. Ability to problem solve. Good organizational, communication and computer skills. Must have TN, AR or MS driver’s license with F endorsement and good driving record.
