Home Health Aide
Assists patient's with ADLs as prescribed in the physician approved plan of care under the supervision of a professional nurse. Is part of the interdisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient outcomes & increase independence. Primary functions to include personal care, range of motion, catheter care, assistance with ambulation or transferring, changing of bed linens, and straightening patient area.
Education: - High school graduate or GED certificate Experience: - Six month Aide experience required, Home Health experience preferred Licenses/Certificates: - Certificate of Verification for attendance of Nurse’s Aide training
