The Clinical Office Coordinator is the liaison between intake, scheduling and clinical supervisors to ensure quality patient care. Schedules clinical staff according to physician plan of care, tracks clinical productivity and maintains consistent productivity levels across all disciplines and geography. Coordinates with therapy staff to track and schedule Functional Assessments. Coordinates with physicians offices and clinical staff to ensure face to face requirement is met when not received at time of intake. Sends physician plan of care and interim orders for physician signature. Manages clinical and administrative supplies. Manages clinical records, ensures completion of the clinical documentation, presence of all required documents.

3-5 years experience in a medical setting. Word proficient, excel experience, experience with home health software system. Requires exceptional customer service skills and service recovery skills. Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions.
