The Home Health Medical Records Coordinator/Billing Assistant is responsible for the timely and accurate filing of medical records as well as on going performance improvement activities as related to patient charts. This position is responsible for the safety and security of all Home Health Medical Records. This position is also responsible for a variety of functions to ensure clerical matters flow in a coordinated and efficient manner and to assist Billing Coordinator and Representative as needed.
        Minimum Education: High school graduate. Medical office and medical records experience preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) and knowledge of medical terminology preferred.

        Minimum Experience: One to two years in home health, medical office, inpatient setting preferred or related experience.
