Our Community Strategies Division of Community Resources for
Justice (CRJ) offers residential and community-based services to
adults with developmental disabilities, providing our consumers the
security and support needed to reach their full potential. Families and state social services departments are important partners in creating individual programs to improve living skills and foster independence, including becoming active participants in their communities.
We are seeking a compassionate Home Provider to share their home in the Keene area (away from downtown). The Home Provider will support a man in his 40's with a brain injury. He likes animals, yard projects, and working with wood. He does not require any personal care.
The Home Provider takes primary responsibility for the individuals
daily needs including meals, transportation, behavioral supports, and
medication administration while providing a safe, healthy environment in which the individual can feel comfortable and valued.
Home Providers are considered independent contractors, and must
meet specific requirements including, but not limited to the following:
criminal record checks, home owner liability or rental insurance, valid drivers license, automobile insurance, reference checks, and have the ability to provide a safe, supportive, and appropriate home environment for the individual(s) they serve.
