DUTIES

SUMMARY

The Home Wrapper contributes to the process of making the world's finest fly rods through the placing and wrapping guides onto rods following specification books. 8 to 12 weeks is spent, 40 hours per week, working at training at our production facility. If successful in completing training and meeting required standards, the Home Wrapper will then work at home, using equipment provided by the employer

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Utilizes provided specification book to correctly assemble components
  • Pick up and deliver your rod order once a week
  • Maintain quality and production levels
  • Provide clean and ample work environment . (Equipment provided by employer.)
QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:
  • Must have fine motor skills in relation to hand and eye coordination
  • Ability to read, follow instructions and communicate in English
  • Able to provide weekly transportation for yourself and rod order
  • Will require 8 to 12 weeks "in-house" training at manufacturing plant on Bainbridge Island
  • Sewing or fine craft/detail experience preferred SUMMARY
