Responsible for the development, design, implementation, and ongoing leadership of the new managed long term care program that support AlohaCare’s mission, vision and values with an emphasis on home and community based services (HCBS). Responsible for developing and implementing an effective strategy to achieve key objectives in program initiatives. Must ensure the staff, systems, processes, and resources of AlohaCare are aligned to meet the needs of our external and internal customers, and maintain our strategic advantage in the marketplace with each initiative. Ensures that the innovative long term care/HCBS program is delivered to members, meets AlohaCare revenue, membership, growth and operating income objectives, develops appropriate provider networks/contracting, has supporting marketing and communication materials, supports quality improvement programs and measures, fosters key internal and external business and governmental relationships, and works within AlohaCare to achieve these goals.
