Health at Home™ has an opening for a home health Administrator in Baltimore, MD. We are looking for a business manager to lead the team in both private duty and Medicare home health services. The ideal candidate should have operational, financial, human resources, and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for extraordinary customer service, implementation and adherence to government regulations and corporate policies & procedures as well as prepare, manage, and analyze operating budgets.

Required Skills Licensed RN preferred

Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred

Strong customer service skills

Knowledge of state and federal regulations

Required Experience 5 years recent healthcare administration experience

3-5 years of home health experience in a Medicare certified agency

Proven record of operations management
