Call Schedule- 7 on 7 off Day-Shift is an 11 hour shift where each Hospitalist typically covers just 1 facility however we have 1 floater position that covers 4 of our facilities Night-Shift is a 9 hour shift where our 1 Hospitalist currently covers 2 facilities but as we bring on more Hospitalists they will cover 1 location each or we may have a swing shift.
