The Hospitality Associate is required to follow established performance standards, duties, policies and procedures. Assist in care as assigned (serve meal trays, walk ambulatory residents, transport residents to and from meals and activities) Additional responsibilities include reporting changes in residents' condition to Unit director/Charge nurse.
