Provides hospitality services to patients, families, visitors and others. Hospitality
services include menu selection, meal assembly, delivery and set up, supplements and
nourishments. Maintains galley inventories, cleans and maintains tray assembly areas and unit galleys.
JOB SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Menu
Distributes patient menu.
Assists patient with completion of menu.
Communicates to the Clinical Dietitian appropriate information regarding the patients menu selections.
