The Hospitality Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the administration and daily operations of the SBCC Food and Beverage and Facilities/EVS departments. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Food & Beverage Management or related field preferred.
Six (6) years of experience with three (3) years in the field of food and beverage required.
Minimum of three (3) years of food & beverage management experience required.
Previous customer service experience required.
Must be able to evaluate statistical reports and other business reports.
Knowledge of all phases of Food and Beverage administration, cost control, and familiarity of all beverage services is required.
Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication, coaching, team building and problem solving skills.
Language Skills and Reasoning Ability:
Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively to the public, employees and customers.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees.
Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner

Must be able to stand, walk, and move through all areas of the Food and Beverage department and the Casino for long periods of time. Must be able to lift and carry up to thirty (30) pounds.
Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-faced, casino environment and effectively deal with customers, management, employees, and members of the business community in all situations.
