Desktop Support with Established Comapny
We are an established company that has been a leader in our industry for years. We are currently looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to support about 50 internal users at our corporate office. You will be asked to provide support on desktop and mobile devices as well as perform basic functions within Active Directory and Exchange. T his is a full time position and the goal is to have this person become the Manager of the department as it grows.
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2007/2010. We are open to interviewing recent grads coming from a tech major
You need to be very personable and friendly since you will be providing support for our entire organization
Experience working with Windows Server 2003 or 2008
Experience providing PC support including but not limited to installations, configurations, upgrades, and other overall software & hardware maintenance
Must have some experience with basic trouble shooting issues involving mobile devices. We use both iOS and Android devices, both phones and tablets.
Must have perfect verbal communication skills and detailed documentation skills.
Must have solid problem solving skills and be able to find solutions on your own
Any previous experience with Active Directory or Exchange is a huge plus but not required.
Experience with Mac based products and Mac OSX is a plus but not required.
Experience with VMware Fusion is a plus but not required.
