We are currently seeking a Part Time Hotline Associate for 12 hours per week. The schedule is for Friday evenings 11:00pm-3:00am along with a Monday shift preference of either 3:00am-11:00am OR 3:00pm-11:00pm.
As our Hotline Associate, you will be providing a variety of tasks related to Hotline Support services. Providing excellent customer service to inbound callers, you will determine the nature/urgency of calls and categorize them based on information provided. You may refer/transfer caller to appropriate party, communicate relevant information or document information for appropriate correspondence. Documentation and confidentiality are key responsibilities of this position. The Hotline Associate will have a supervisor to consult for issues/calls that need escalation or for questions he/she is not able to answer using research systems.
The ideal candidate will have great communication skills via phone and in person. A professional and friendly demeanor is highly desired. An expectation of the role will be to serve as a role model in carrying out the Boys Town mission.
To be considered for this unique opportunity you will need:
GED or High School diploma preferred
Minimum of six months in an inbound/outbound telemarketing environment with strong customer service
Requires accurate and fast typing speed
Willingness to work flexible schedules as necessary
Confidentiality is required for all information
Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Access
