The House Supervisor is a – Registered Nurse who supervises, coordinates, and supports the activities of the organization in the absence of the Leadership Team. S/he engages in a variety of activities as the administrative liaison., and functions as a resource to the organization’s personnel. S/he is responsible for assisting the staff in planning and managing patient care through coaching, mentoring and problem solving.. Must possess a current Utah Registered Nurse license; exhibit proficiency in nursing care and communications; knowledge of staff management, interpersonal and leadership skills; BSN preferred.
Must have at least two years experience in an acute health care environment; demonstrate effective communication skills with all levels of staff, leadership, physicians, patients, families, and members of the community; previous leadership experience preferred; should demonstrate emotional intelligence competencies .Licenses/Certificates:
Must possess current Utah license as a Registered Nurse; must obtain and maintain certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS and NRP.
