Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals using guest tracking as a tool for continuous improvement. Overall responsibility for maintenance and upkeep, cleanliness of rooms, and attentiveness of personal.

Technical Skill Requirements:
• Ability to perform all housekeeping duties as outlined in the property specific checklists.
• Ability to perform all Front Office/Van associate duties as outlined in hotel specific training outlines and property specific checklist.
• Familiar with frequently used Standard Operating Procedures.
• Basic knowledge of how to operate all Front Office/Van equipment. Ability to solve basic equipment problems and/or who to contact for resolution.

• Familiar with frequently used Standard Operations Procedures.
• Basic knowledge of how to operate all Suite Care equipment. Ability to solve basic equipment problems and/or who to contact for resolution.
• Train in and be able to complete all positions within team according to the established standard.
• Cross train in all positions within the Suite Care Team or other teams in hotel.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate to maintenance technician according to established methods.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Assist team with training, supplies and support in order to consistently provide a quality guest room and public areas.
• Practice safety standards at all times.
• Comply with federal laws and break periods.
• Comply with Record Retention, Standard Operating Procedures and daily responsibilities.
• Adhere to all work rules, procedures and policies established by the company, including, but not limited to, those contained in the employee handbook.
• Proper administration of key control.
• Complete maintenance work orders and deliver to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Complete job specific checklist on a daily basis.
• Proper, valid driver’s license
• Strong working knowledge of van operation
• Maintain vehicle mileage log at the beginning and end or each trip indicating mileage, time, name and date.
• Ensure vans are clean and all proper vehicle maintenance records are current.
• Inform Management of maintenance/safety issues.
• Know all safety and vehicle regulations and emergency procedures and how to act upon them.
