Housing First Case Manager
This is a full time position, with benefits, providing case management to low-income families with young children who are in danger of losing their housing. This is an eviction prevention service aimed at helping families maintain their housing while working to achieve their goals.

MSW; or Master’s Degree in a related field with an additional year of related experience; or BSW with an additional year of related experience; or BS/BA in a related field with an additional 2 years of related experience. Must have two years experience in the following areas: case management, familiarity with housing issues and resources including knowledge of landlord/tenant law, working with homeless or near homeless people and referring them to appropriate community resources, mental health, trauma, AODA, poverty issues and knowledge of resources available to low-income households, and advocacy. Must relate well to others, be self-motivated, have well developed speaking and writing skills, and demonstrate an ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and integrity. Must have a good driving record, access to a vehicle, and willingness to make home visits.
