This position is to serve the Association’s internal and external clients by providing a high level of administrative support to the Human Resources Department. The employee will provide support to ensure that human resource assignments are addressed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Ensures all issues and communications directed to the Human Resources team are handled timely, accurately and in a confidential manner to internal and external sources.

This position requires an associate’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, or equivalent credit hours; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of human resources administration experience in several areas such as benefits, recruitment/selection, and training and development is required. Knowledge and application of federal and state employment laws and regulations is required. Must be able to use computer technology and a variety of software applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access). The ability to learn HRIS (HR Information System) is required. The individual must possess demonstrated analytical, verbal/written communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills. Proven organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality are essential. Presentation skills are preferred. The individual should demonstrate initiative, professionalism, tact, and the ability to handle difficult situations, adapt to change, and prioritize tasks. EEO Employer.
