Under direct supervision, provides project related assistance to HR team and services as primary coverage support as assigned for front lobby services. In addition, is primary with regard to New Hire On-Boarding, tuition assistance, various HR reporting.
Serves as primary coverage support as assigned for front lobby services. In doing so, maintains visitor management system: greets all visitors and follows proper security procedures to ensure the visitors are accounted for and badged appropriately. Contacts the individual or department to which the visit is being made to arrange for an escort. Assists in coordination and welcoming of large groups (BOD, community, company events etc.) to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience.
Answers incoming calls and transfers them to the appropriate individual or department. Provides callers with information as needed and appropriate.
Serves as primary coordinator for New Hire On-Boarding, including new hire I9 and day-one on-boarding: set-up, paperwork, on-boarding tools, NEO coordination etc.
Primary administrative support for Tuition Assistance processing.
Provides clerical and administrative project support to the Corporate HR department.
Primary administrative coordinator for GRI Sustainability reporting and ethics tracking as well as general reporting as needed by HRBP's, including documentation.
Provide back-up support for additional PAF process outside of new hire on-boarding as needed.
Provide back-up support for Loop/STR process as needed.
Attends necessary department and company meetings to stay abreast of company/department changes to stay informed.
Follows proper safety and security procedures.
Performs other duties as required.
High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of two to four years experience in an administrative capacity.
Proficient in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and Power Point, as well as Lotus Notes.
Demonstrated computer and technical skill necessary to perform administrative tasks, create documents and reports from scratch.
Demonstrated ability to improve processes and make more efficient for the benefit of the customers and quality.
Strong interpersonal communication and customer focus skills.
