Our Human Resources Assistant will provide technical support to the HR department.
Proficiency in the use of computers and ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm's; good knowledge of computerized database management; good knowledge of, of ability to learn about, TRC's various departments, functions, job requirements; ability to organize and summarize data both manually and on computer; ability to interact with outside agencies, internal departments, and the general public; physical condition commensurate with demands of the job.
High school diploma or GED plus two (2) years experience, preferably in a personnel office setting. NOTE: An Associate' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field may substitute for experience, as cited above.
