Under the direction of the Administrator, conducts all duties related to Human Resources as assigned by the Administrator which may include recruiting, hiring, orienting, scheduling, training, coaching and counseling employees. Ensures that all legal and regulatory employment standards are met and appropriate documentation is completed in a timely manner. Prioritizes duties to promote optimal staffing levels comprised of the highest quality team members.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Two-year degree in a business field or equivalent work experience preferred. Must possess outstanding organization skills, and have excellent oral and written communication skills specific to the English language. Proficient computer skills also required.
