Assist HR department with pre and post employment process. Prepare offer letters, initicate relocation process, coordinate drug testing and orientation. Enter new hire information into HR system, track documents recieved and ensure completion. Update reports and send out notifications required. Support data changes for 1,500+ employees in multi establishments.
Associates degree in Business or related field. Must be proficient with HRIS including Paychex and ADP. Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent organizational skills and verbal and written communication skills required. Must maintain level of confidentiality. Ability to multi task in busy fast paced environment.
