Provide administrative support to the Director of Talent Acquisition in the New York flagship store. Coordinate meetings & interviews, messages, file maintenance, expenses, office supplies, maintenance of the applicant tracking system, distribution of weekly departmental activity reports and mail. Also provides administrative support to Recruiters.Work is generally of a confidential nature
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Outstanding Interpersonal skills
Good organization and follow-up skills
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to set priorities
Analytical skills
Ability to work well in a fast paced and ever changing environment
Strong computer skills
Minimum of 2 to 5 years of previous experience in providing department wide administrative support, preferably in a Human Resource environment.
