Human Resources Coordinator

Assists in organizing new employee orientations; supplies information and answers questions relative to personnel policies and employee benefits.

Prepares offer of employment letter and submits to supervisor for approval.

Forwards individual employee benefit information to the appropriate authority

Properly processes and maintains leave records according to established guidelines.

Maintains one hundred percent accuracy of all employee records.

Provides additional support to the HR Manager on day to day operational needs

Prepares contractor agreements and develops processes for accurate database tracking and reporting.

Communicate, troubleshoot and resolve paycheck issues with the centralized Payroll Department

Assist management with implementation of safety policies and procedures and in all phases of safety awareness education and training programs

Required Skills:
0-1 year of prior experience in Human Resources with exposure to employee relations.

Must have a Bachelor’s degree.

Self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.

Proven time management and organizational skills.

Able to handle confidential information with discretion at all times.

Must have the ability to create processes and drive workflow with little or no supervision
