Plan, develop, organize and coordinate the human resources and office services functions for the company. Provide administrative and technical direction on related matters.
Human Resources Functions
Manage corporate recruitment efforts; arrange testing, background checks, and interviews.
Responsible for overseeing the training and development of staff; develop training curriculums, locate and establish training resources
Develop, implement and maintain performance management tools (evaluations, reviews, etc.)
Administer new employee orientation and set up. Maintain personnel and recruitment files.
Administer the group medical, dental, life and disability insurance programs including contract renewal/analysis, plan design, employee set-up and changes, billing, and assisting with claims issues.
Administer the Companys retirement plans including plan design; participant communications; verifying and processing rollovers, distributions, loans, and bi-weekly deduction/payroll reports; DOL testing; audit preparation; conducting Trustee Meetings; and providing overall technical and administrative direction on plan matters.
Coordinate and implement the Companys EEO and Affirmative Action policies and procedures; manage all employment related complaints and lawsuits. Provide direction to all supervisors on legal/employment issues.
Develop, implement and interpret personnel policies and procedures; maintain Employee Handbook and all other materials as required.
Prepare all employment related reports and surveys.
Advise and counsel employees and managers as required.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum of 10 years experience in all aspects of Human Resources.
