Freedom Financial Network is currently seeking an experienced, motivated Human Resources Generalist to add to the team.
The Human Resources Generalist serves as the HR staff member responsible for responding to employee relations inquiries, EEO and unemployment claims.
The HR Generalist is also responsible for numerous special projects and reporting functions.
Respond to employee relations matters as needed
Provide guidance and counsel to supervisory/management staff
Conduct new hire orientations and exit interviews
Data entry of new hires and employee changes
Answer benefits-related questions
Conduct training sessions as needed
Provide information and paperwork about FMLA
Process worker’s compensation and unemployment claims
Create and assist with company monthly newsletter and other duties as assigned

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Human Resources field
In-depth working knowledge of AZ federal/state regulations
Customer service-based philosophy to Human Resources
Proficient PC skills, knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, stay organized and meet deadlines
