Ashley Furniture is seeking a Human Resource Manager in our NEW Advance, NC facility.
Required Experience:
5+ years of Human Resource management/supervisory experience, in a manufacturing setting
Necessary Skills and Abilities:
BS/BA degree in Human Resources; PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plush
5+ years of Human Resource management/supervisory experience, in a manufacturing/warehouse setting
Must be willing and able to do hands-on administration of all HR areas listed in overview
Strongly prefer candidate that has created HR infrastructure or is lean/6Sigma trained
Essential Functions: Duties to include, but are not limited to:
Employee relations and performance management
Recruiting, new hire orientation, and training
Training and Talent Management Policies and anti-discrimination and anti-harassment training
Compliance assurance
