The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the human resources function at this 450 employee assembly plant. This position will develop a high performance employee culture emphasizing empowerment, quality, and productivity;Work as a strategic partner with management to achieve business goals;Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, management development, succession planning, employee relations, and payroll; Coordinate record-keeping activities for HRIS/payroll, safety, ISO training, affirmative action plans, or other regulatory compliance items; Develop processes and metrics to support business goals; Supervise HR and payroll staff. The position reports to the Biomedical Group Human Resource executive in GA.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related area, Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resource management, including experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment. Experience with a multi-language workforce. Excellent communication, problem solving and process management skills required
