Drive high volume full cycle Human Resources processes for a contact center supporting the government.
A ssist the corporate Human Resources (HR) department a nd project implementation team in carrying out various human resources programs a nd procedures for a ll new project employees.
A ssist in the development a nd implementation of recruitment, selection, a nd retention efforts such a s coordination with corporate HR in preparing a ds for placement in newspapers, screening resumes, a nd conducting initial interviews when requested.
Respond to department requests for temporary staff a nd coordinates with Finance reconciliation of temporary a gency invoices.
Conduct exit interviews for voluntary terminations a nd a ssists managers regarding involuntary terminations.
Conduct new hire orientation a nd coordinates with managers a nd/or supervisors for new hire start dates a nd times.
Respond to employee grievances by conducting initial information gathering meeting a nd recommends next steps to Human Resource Director.
Handle employee data management in the HR database including the maintenance a nd a uditing of personnel files.
Generate human resource reports based upon project management requests.
A udit time sheets for payroll processing a nd distribute a ccrual reports a nd payroll project-wide.
A ssist manager with a ll a spects of staff recognition.
May be responsible for supervising members of on-site HC staff.
Perform other duties a s a ssigned.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Education a nd Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a n a ccredited college or university in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum of five years’ experience a s human resources professional, preferably generalist experience.
Demonstrated a bility to support large staff unit.
Government contracting experience preferred.
Experience in a contact center environment preferred.
Bilingual proficiency highly preferred.
