This position is responsible for human resources and employee relations activities at the plant level in developing a climate that creates and supports a productive workforce, as described in more detail below. In some instances, the position may involve shared multi-plant responsibilities with another HR Manager.  The position may report directly to the Vice President, Administration & Legal Affairs, or to a plant General Manager, at the Companyâs discretion. Â
