Our client is a biopharmaceutical company that is dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative products that advance patient care. Looking for a great new opportunity? We seek a Human Resources Generalist with superb recruitment experience in the biotech/pharma industry for the role of HR/Talent Manager. In this role you will be primarily responsible for the talent management function. This responsibility includes developing effective and creative sourcing strategies; building and maintaining a diverse pool of top talent; focusing on targeted recruiting, social media branding, employee on-boarding, training and development needs, and retention; industry networking and building/maintaining relationships; managing the ATS; participating in employee relations issues; and other HR related tasks as needed. You will recommend policies and procedures. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and maintain related records.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, or related field. PHR or SPHR certification is a plus. Must have a minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in a talent management or HR generalist role with solid experience in recruiting in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical fields. If you don’t have biotech/pharma experience, you will not be considered for this role. Preference given to candidates who have work experience with social media tools and extensive knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, networking, and relationship building. Must have experience designing and delivering employee training and development programs. Prior management experience desired. Must be a self-starter who takes ownership of assignments. Must able able to communicate effectively with candidates and at all levels within an organization. Must be able to multi-task and maintain confidential information. Must have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
