This HR Service Coordinator position will support the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) HR Group Offices and the Strategy and Integration team. An HR Service Coordinator provides exceptional customer service assisting employees and the HR team by welcoming in a professional and friendly manner, researching and responding to a wide variety of employee/HR team questions, providing guidance regarding policies, procedures, and assisting HR with administrative support.
In this position you will be responsible for creating ad hoc reports in BERT (Boeing Enterprise Reporting Tool) and providing data to support trend analysis and HR metrics, maintaining HR records, processing HR transactions, and creating presentation material by inputting information into manual and automated HR systems. In addition you will be preparing presentation materials and facilitating team meetings. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of HR policies, procedures, processes and services.
