reviews invoices for accuracy; resolves discrepancies; provides
reports as required.
Assists Recruiting Specialist: a) generates
offer letters & no thank you letters in HR Smart; b) runs MVR's
and updates MVR list; c) posts internal positions; d) prints resumes
from Careerbuilder; e) schedules drug screenings; f) checks
references; g) updates HR Smart; h) files resumes.
Maintains Personnel files in compliance with applicable
Back-up for Benefit
Helpdesk phonecalls; logs information; assigns calls.
faxing, copying, and other clerical functions as assigned.
Minimum of one year experience in an HR
Minimum of one year Benefits administration
Benefits vendor invoice reconciliation
Experience with any type of HRIS System.
ADP is a plus
Knowledge of core benefits administration functions including
Cobra and 401(k) Administration
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and
excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, customer
service, and computer skills.
