JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Talent and Culture Administrator (HR)

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Conduct administrative duties surrounding the new hire process, including collection and entry into the HR, payroll, and benefits systems
  • Verify documentation and complete I-9 forms to maintain work authorization compliance standards
  • Audit and update employee files and company posters to ensure legal compliance
  • Filing upkeep of personnel, benefits, confidential and other HR documentation
  • Create and improve checks for process optimization throughout HR
  • Performs customer service functions by answering questions and proactively engaging with employees
  • Organize, update, and ensure collection of status change forms
  • Pull new hire, termination and other HR reports as needed
  • Maintain and update organizational charts
  • Digitalize all employee files and maintain on the Human Resources server
  • Pull and audit reports from the payroll time & labor management system (ADP/EZ Labor)
  • Update and maintain HR information on the company intranet
  • Conduct reconciliation of Rebus timekeeping reports against the payroll systems time-off deductions and accruals
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, inclusive of prioritizing and meeting deadlines
  • Experience with online benefits management and carrier portals
  • Basic knowledge of general HR compliance standards
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Expert ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature
  • Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills with the ability to relate well and cooperate with others to effectively coordinate activities and accomplish goals
  • Solution oriented self-starter with a strong service orientation
