Our Human Resources Division is looking for a detail- oriented individual to assist in compensation-related support activities. In this role you will work with others throughout the organization. Exposure to confidential and sensitive information necessitates considerable use of tact and discretion. You will compile large amounts of data, develop reports, graphs, tables and statistical information on a variety of compensation-related topics using advanced Microsoft Excel functions such as formulas, pivot tables, regression analysis. Implement and maintain records of salaries, classification structures, surveys, and job descriptions. Prior experience with Crystal Report Writer and/or MarketPay Software is preferred.
Under limited supervision, you will perform a wide range of confidential and diverse administrative duties to support efficient and effective Human Resource processes. Confidential administrative support includes, but may not be limited to, preparing memorandums and correspondence, HRIS and/or system record updates and analysis, and providing consultation on HR standard operating procedures with internal and external contacts at varying levels of authority.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Knowledge of general administrative practices and procedures.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and other electronic data analysis tools and systems.
Skills to handle a wide variety of tasks and to organize workloads to meet deadlines with accuracy and completeness.
Considerable oral and written communications skills and the ability to use tact and discretion in developing interpersonal relationships and maintain confidentiality.
Basic knowledge of Human Resources practices and procedures.
Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships.
Possess problem solving skills.
High School Diploma and 8+ years of related work experience or equivalent.
