POSITION: Human Resources Assistant

HOURS: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department. This includes, but is not limited to assist with time tracking and payroll. Assist with new employee benefits and orientation. Verify I-9 documentation. Keep personnel files current. Schedule and coordinate various meetings. Prepare new employee personnel files. Make photocopies, fax and scan documents and perform other clerical functions. Prepare letters for new hires, promotions, etc. Assist HR Department with various projects and related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS: Good written and verbal communication skills, strong administrative skills. BA preferred. Background in Human Resources and/or payroll required. Microsoft Office.
