Presently we are seeking a talented Human Resources Assistant.

The HR Assistant reports to the HR Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day operations in the HR area, including payroll and benefits administration, recruiting, and internal training and development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is considering a career in HR, wants to learn from a pro and be an integral part of developing a world class HR strategy!


Take ownership of employees' payroll and benefits, including administration of new hire information, employee changes, updates, and terminations
Create all Personnel Action Forms associated with any employee's change in status. With HR manager's oversight, ensure that personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with all legal requirements
Talent Acquisition – provide recruitment coordination support to the HR Manager, hiring manager, and act as a liason between all candidates and CSM – job postings, interview scheduling, generate offer letters, providing an overall best in class end-to-end candidate experiece

Process employment verification and unemployment/disability forms
Prepare on-boarding materials for all new hires and serve as back up to the HR Manager in delivering the CSM orientation program
Train new employees on general onboarding policies and processes
Assist with preparation of materials, and schedule in-house professional development sessions
Other duties as assigned.


At least 1-2 years of work experience and a college degree preferred
Able to present information in forms, tables, and spreadsheets
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
Strong Internet research skills
