DESCRIPTION

Gilchrist & Soames, a leading international supplier of hotel amenities to the luxury and upscale hotel, spa, and resort markets, has an excellent opportunity for an energetic Human Resources Assistant. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who is trying to launch a professional career in a dynamic growing organization or for an experienced professional looking to further their experience.

DUTIES

Responsibilities include organizational and training program development, maintaining training programs, talent acquisition initiatives, assisting with the new hire selection process, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews for entry level positions as needed, and other miscellaneous administrative duties to support the HR and Operations departments.

QUALIFICATIONS

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 0-3 years of professional experience, strong problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and work independently and the desire to work in a challenging, fast-paced, professional environment.
