To supply high quality human resource and administrative assistance through a variety of duties as requested and contribute to the smooth, efficient operation of the human resources department and the general organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct new employee orientation sessions
Process new employees and employee transfers
Recruitment activities including: calling applicants and references, scheduling interviews, applicant tracking, and reporting on status
Provide building tours to visitors
Track open positions and department headcounts
Advertise positions and prepare offer letters
Communicate organizational changes to other departments
Prepare travel arrangements
Event planning and implementation
Schedule and set up meetings, handle food and beverage requests and cleanup
Participate on corporate phone queue
Set up files and maintain confidential records
General department support such as filing, photocopying, and typing correspondence
Perform wide array of miscellaneous duties
We are seeking candidates with an Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. 1-2 years of experience in the Human Resources field is preferred.
