Join the HR Team at Viaero as our Human Resources Assistant, and be a part of providing outstanding customer service to our current employees, new employees and job candidates! As our HR Assistant, you willl plan, direct, and coordinate human resources activities concerning on-boarding and the new hire process. This includes direct contact with each potential candidate,scheduling pre-employment checks, and collecting and tracking information to determine their eligibility for hire. You will also maintain data in our HR Information System, along with filing and maintaining confidential personnel records.
Minimum Qualifications Human Resources is the ultimate customer service role, so candidates must have exceptional customer service skills. Candidates also need experience and skills with Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel, Word and Outlook. This position demands strong organization, communication, and critical thinking/problem solving skills, plus the ability to establish rapport quickly with people from all walks of life. Previous HR office experience is desired; bilingual in English/Spanish would be a plus!
