DESCRIPTION

The entry level HR Associate will be responsible for activities related to employment and staffing as well as other HR clerical functions. The HR Associate will organize and implement recruiting strategies including internal and external hiring. This position will handle the successful on-boarding of new staff, residents, students, interns and externs. The HR Associate will act as a liaison between potential employees and Department Managers/Directors.

QUALIFICATIONS

Two year's of college, post high school training preferred. A minimum of one year's experience in an administrative position supporting the HR function. Proven experience and knowledge required in the areas of recruitment, employment regulations, and staffing communications strongly preferred. Strong organizational skills, written/oral communication, customer service skills required as well as the ability to multi-task. Candidates need to be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point, Publisher). Please be sure to provide your minimum salary requirements.
